Connect My UnitPowered by OLH Property Management

Free · Private · For owners and tenants

Find the other side of your unit.

Owners and tenants register the same building and unit. We look for a match, OLH staff check both records, and nothing is shared unless you both agree. Free for everyone — you don’t need to be anyone’s client.

Already registered — here or on an OLH owner registry page? Sign in with your email. We’ll send you a code.

223units registered by owners

Registered, not verified. Each unit is counted once, in a building in our directory. Only a total — no names, buildings or unit numbers are shown. A match needs both sides to register, so it can’t be promised.

How it works

  1. Register privately. An owner registers the units they own; a tenant registers the unit they live in. Name, email, building and unit — nothing else is needed.
  2. We look for a match. When an owner and a tenant name the same building and unit, it’s flagged automatically. Whoever registers first simply waits for the other.
  3. OLH staff check both records. Ownership and the tenant registration are verified by a person. Anything unclear stays with staff.
  4. You each decide. On your private dashboard you see “Possible unit connection found” — with no name or details — and choose Request Connection, Not Now, or This Does Not Match.
  5. Connected when you both agree. The moment the second person agrees, each of you sees only the contact details the other chose to share. Either of you can withdraw.

A match is not permission to collect rent

Connecting only lets two people who both agreed see the contact details the other one chose. It does not change a lease, who may collect rent, or where or how rent is paid, and it is not an instruction about rent payments of any kind.

If anyone asks you to change how or where rent is paid, check it independently with the person you already deal with, and get it in writing, before you change anything.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for owners and tenants. You don’t have to hire OLH or anyone else, and registering doesn’t sign you up for anything.

What is shared, and when?

Nothing, until you both ask to connect. Then each of you sees only the details the other ticked — for example just an email address. Your registration itself is never published.

Do I need a lease or documents?

No. OLH staff may contact you if they need to confirm something.

How do I get back in?

Sign in with your email address. We send a 6-digit code each time — there’s no password to remember.
